Man Faces Life Imprisonment After Defiling Younger Sister

A magistrate court could not belief it as a 45 year old man, whose identity was concealed appeared unbothered after being subjected to a life imprisonment for defiling his younger sister aged 6 years.

The court was once again surprised when the suspect continually admitted that he defiled his younger sister many times even after the Judge notified him that his charge falls under a life sentence.

He said he was drunk by the time he committed the offense and that he could not know what happened to him.

The man was accused of defiling a girl on different dates in September this very year in Kuresoi constituency Nakuru, Kenya. He was also charged of an atrocious act with a minor on the same dates.

Nearly one week ago, one of their neighbours observed that the young girl wasn’t playing normally with other kids and decided to make an inquiry from her afterwards.

The young girl repeatedly narrated that her elder brother has on several occasions been defiling her inside their family house in the absence of everybody and warned her not to reveal the secret to anyone.

The man was later reported to the police who led to his arrest and the six year old girl was taken to the health centre for medical check up.
