Traditional Food And Dance Topped Victoria University Culture Day

Organised under the theme: the diversity of Victoria University culture  as one student exhibited unique traditional dances from various parts of the world.

Victoria University student community comprise of students coming from South Sudan, Eritrea, Norway, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Rwanda, DR Congo Nigeria and Uganda.

Started in the morning students showcased traditional foods, dances and speeches in local dialect entertaining passerby public until wee hours of the evening when they received trophies and awards for good performances.

Victoria University Vice Chancellor Dr. Shares advised his students to promote their various cultures through music performances, dances and fashion to live in peace with the rest of the community.
